When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Orders will be shipped within 3 days of purchasing. Shipping is through Canada Post so once your order is sent out it is out of my hands. Bella Bea is not responsible for lost packages as it is in the hands of Canada Post, but still feel free to contact me if there is an issue.

Birth Certificate Customization:

A customized birth certificate is included in the purchase of any plushie. Please fill out the form under the customization tab. This form must be completed within 2 days of purchasing your bundle. If not, you will still receive the birth certificate, but it will arrive blank. No worries, you can always fill it out yourself! :)

Oh No! An Item Is Not In Stock:

If you are interesting an item that is currently out of stock, please message me through the contact page and I can see if I can make it for you. No obligations- happy to help :)
